"My daughter and I were looking for bonding time in our much too busy lives. We started out at the gym together working with a trainer named Jeremy. When I would miss the occasional session, my daughter would do kickboxing instead. She really enjoyed and asked me ... why don't you do kickboxing with me? To which I replied ... "are you completely insane ... I'm too old". Well I guess as it turns out I am not too old and many months later we're still going strong. The classes have been great for us both, physically and mentally. Hanging out with the "girls" (and Jeremy too) working hard and laughing a lot has been more fun than I could have imagined. I can't speak for my daughter but I wouldn't miss kickboxing class for the world."
