Class Description

Our classes are designed for fitness and fun while teaching authentic kickboxing technique and combinations.  You can train like a real kickboxer without ever getting in the ring so you can get fit without getting hit!
 
We won't bore you with air attack (cardio kickboxing).  For most of the class you are partnered up, one person wears boxing gloves, the other wears kick/punch pads. The combinations are preset and easy to follow so you always know what is happening.  Partners trade the gloves and pads between rounds so they spend equal time striking and pad holding.
 
Unlike the traditional aerobics class where everyone is staying at the same pace, your intensity is determined by you and your partner.  This makes the class great for everyone regardless or their age, fitness or skill level. 
 
Come with a friend or on your own and we make partners once the rounds start, matching skill and fitness level as much as possible.

Participant Preparation Instructions

  • Wear cross-trainers or kickboxing shoes with light tread for foot rotation
  • Wear loose fitting clothing, Track pants, shorts, T shirt or tank top
  • Plenty of Water
  • Hand wraps (included in membership and yours to keep)
  • Towel

    Note: Gloves are always provided but many participants choose to purchase their own, see apparel for prices.
